Manila - Senator Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla Jr. have filed an urgent request to the Sandigan Bayan seeking permission for a five-hour furlough to have him visit his ailing father Ramon Revilla Sr., preferably on July 14-15 from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Ramon Revilla Sr. has been confined in the ICU for several days at the St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) in Taguig due to bacterial and neurological diseases.
There have been some reports lingering around that the older Revilla himself requested to be transfered in a private hospital room and subsequently refused to take medications. He also have asked to see all of his kins specially Senator Bong Revilla which evidently have roused concerns from his family.
“Revilla Sr. may stay at the hospital for a longer time to monitor his condition. Kailangan po na medyo tumagal ng kaunti sa ospital dahil medyo maselan ang katawan ni Don Ramon. 88 years old na po siya at hindi po puwedeng ibalewala ang kahit anong karamdaman na makita ng doktor,” Atty. Fortun said in an interview.
