Its official: John Lloyd Cruz to play Armando in ‘I Love Betty La Fea’

Bea Alonzo, star of I Love Betty la Fea admitted she has always been a frustrated singer and has always wanted to demonstrate her vocal skills.

I Love Betty La Fea, starring Bea Alonzo, is an an upcoming Philippine drama soon to be aired at ABS-CBN Network.

Betty La Fea role became controversial and has driven a lot of attention whenthe Asia’s Song Bird Regine Velasquez expressed her eagerness to get the lead role as Betty even at the expense of abandoning her mother station, GMA-7.

Betty La Fea which is also known as “Ugly Betty” was an original Columbian popular telenovela which already has a lot of versions made in other countries.

After the Boy Abunda’s interview with  the Asia’s Songbird at ABS-CBN’s the Buzz, telling that she alreaby bid her goodbye to their Sunday’s variety show SOP, another report says that she will be back.

It has been a long time since a rumor spread that the Asia’s Songbird will transfer to ABS-CBN after being offered by a 25 Million peso talent fee to do shows with the Kapamilya network.
