Sandra Seifert is Miss Philippines Earth 2009

Former disqualified Binibining Pilipinas contestant  Sandra Inez Seifert was crowned as the Miss Philippines-Earth 2009.

The lady from Negros Occidental was desqualified two days before the Binibining Pilipinas 2009 coronation night, on ground that she was discovered to have posed for FHM magazine two years ago.

However, this did not stop her. Seifert with her confidence and will, she won on the 9th Miss Philippines coronation night at The Arena Entertainment and Recreational Center of the People, San Juan City.
