Rainy season is drawing near but the same as what had happened this summer, a peculiar change of weather will happen.
High temperatures are just normal breaks from the rains according to PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration).
The weather bureau has declared the onset of the rainy season after little more than a month of summer. The peak of the rainy season would be in July and would end in September, they added.
