Last October 17 at the Embassy Super Club at The Fort, Taguig City, the Philippine STAR convened the 1stSupreme to the Extreme Awards headed by Tim Yap.
Supreme to the Extreme Awards honor the people from different fields of fashion and showbiz.

Collaboration of the Year Award – KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez (For The First Time)
Best In Chemistry Award – Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera
Supreme Dynasty Award – Gutierrez family
Road Distraction Award – Angel Locsin (Folded & Hung billboard at Guadalupe)
Reality TV Star of The Year – Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez (Amazing Race Asia 2)
Televisionary Award – Willie Revillame (Wowowee)
Villain of the Year Award – Angelica Panganiban (Iisa Pa Lamang)
She Supreme Award - KC Concepcion
He Supreme Award – Francis Lumen of Radiohead/MTV
The Supremo Award – Joey de Leon
