Customer Service Associate – Chat Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers on the buying stage and respond to queries on compatibility of desired system. Convince customers to buy “online”. Attend to customers’ questions and concerns regarding the product they purchased. Answer inquiries for new purchases.
REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Good oral and written English communication skill.
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.
Good customer service orientation.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Sales experience is an advantage.

Customer Interaction Associate for inbound sales account

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls of current and prospect clients. Process sales requests of customers. May do cross selling and up-selling.
REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or at least finished 2 years in college.
Good English communication skill.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
