Typhoon ‘Frank’ has intensified further

Typhoon Frank with international codename Fengshen hits Philippines forcing the evacuation of thousands of RP residents.

Different parts of the Philippines experienced the fuming lash of Frank. There were power interruption, landslides, and heavy floods destroys houses and damages others.

According to officials, at least 20 people were drowned. Meanwhile, rescuers have reported that many could be missing or killed, but this could not be independently confirmed.
