Miley Cyrus, a “Hannah Montana” star, will release the first full-length album under her own name on July 22.
15-year-old Cyrus is credited as a co-writer on the track. The first single from the new album, “7 Things,” was one of the most added at U.S. top 40 radio outlets last week; it is also enjoying some airplay at adult top 40 stations.
Miley has been the subject of gossipers due to her racy photos posted over her facebook account and a portrait of her bare-backed taken by Annie Leibovitz for the latest issue of Vanity Fair which upsets her fans.
