In an interview of Jobert Sucaldito and Ms. Cristy Fermin with the 15-year-old unstoppable rising star, Charice Pempengco, she announced that that she is just recording a few songs for the self-titled album before its release.
“I have an upcoming album, at last, first solo album. I’m just finishing it, and I will do a recording later,” says Pempengco to Sucaldito and Fermin.
According to her, the album will include two original songs composed especially for her by Swedish song artists titled “Born to Love You Forever” and “It Can Only Get Better” and of course, a revival of Whitney Houston’s “And I’m Telling You, which paved way for her international recognition.
