Michael Farenas wins via knock out

Pinoy featherweight Michael Farenas wins in the undercard of the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez fight at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Mexican Baudel Cardenas dropped twice in round two and reports said that he could not continue even after given a full five minutes to recover in round 3 which credited Farenas with the win via technical knock the 2:40 mark.

Farenas’ records improved to 20-2-2 with 18 wins via knock out. Cardenas dropped to 17-13-2.
