Manny Pacquiao wins via split decision

Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao wins the WBC super featherweight crown  over Juan Manuel Marquez at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada.

Manny was able to drop Marquez at the third round and struggles at the remaining rounds. Via split decision, Pacquiao was able to sneak the title to the Mexican boxer Juan Manuel “Dinamita” Marquez.

Their first matchup ended in a draw in May 2004.
