Jose De Venecia pours emotions through plenary speech

As of this time, Housespeaker Jose De Venecia still has the floor and pouring out his emotions on issues on the speakership and plans to oust him from his current post.

A lot were said, including the things he had done for former president Fidel V. Ramos and to the present president, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the things he knew about their agendas, the issue regarding ZTE deal with his son and others.

JDV almost spill everything most especially the “Hello Garci Scandal” which he said was a very delicate case but plan to talk about it some other time.
