MTRCB to file administrative charges against ABS-CBN

The Department of Trade and Industries (DTI) has filed charges against ABS-CBN for the possible violation of  of the Consumer Act and now, the Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) is to file another administrative charges against the said network.

MTRCB has decided to file charges against ABS-CBN since, according to them, “Wilyonaryo” showed irregularities.

Consoliza Laguardia, MTRCB chairperson, confirmed that one of them was filing administrative charges against ABS-CBN but refused to give details on the said recommendations. According to her the decision to file charges was based on DTI’s fact-finding committee.
